Kerala announces the formation of Kerala Agro Business Company (KABCO) to promote the marketing of agricultural products. Odisha introduces new incentives for the packaging sector under the Odisha Industrial Policy, 2022. As per the incentives, the state government will provide land at a 50 percent concessional rate and offer 20 percent reimbursement towards the cost of plant and machinery as capital investment subsidy without any upper limit.

Madhya Pradesh amends the Madhya Pradesh MSME Industrial Land and Building Allotment and Management Rules 2021 to reserve 20 percent of plots in industrial areas of the state for scheduled caste/scheduled tribe (SC/ST) entrepreneurs.
