Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (APERC) announces a levelized tariff of ~$0.032/kWh for wind power projects operating between 11 to 20 years in the state. The Commission added that the distribution companies (DISCOMs) would have the first right of refusal of power purchase if the projects continue to operate after 20 years from the commercial operation date.
