Rajasthan passes the Rajasthan Right to Health (RTH) Bill 2022, aimed at ensuring access to quality health care in the state. Under the bill, the residents will be entitled to receive emergency care in hospitals without pre-payment. The state government will compensate the hospitals if patients are unable to pay.
