The Andhra Pradesh Southern Power Distribution Company Ltd has served a notice to Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) to slash tariffs from $0.06 a unit to $0.035. The notice relates to the creation of 400 megawatts of (MW) solar power under the Viability Gap Fund scheme.
