Coronavirus lockdown: Discoms get 3 months for payment to ensure 24x7 power supply

The Union Cabinet has approved a financial relief package for the power sector to ensure 24×7 power supply. The state owned electricity distribution companies get a three month moratorium on dues to generation and transmission companies.
