Govt intends to complete unbundling of PDD, PDC before Oct 31

As a part of power sector reforms, the Jammu and Kashmir governor’s administration has decided to complete unbundling of Power Development Department and Power Development Corporation before October 31, 2019 when the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh would be formally established.
