Haryana issues order approving deviations from competitive bidding process for 300 MW of solar projects

The Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission has issued an order approving the deviations from the terms of competitive bidding, and the conditions for requests for proposal and the draft power purchase agreements for 300 MW of solar projects by the Haryana Power Purchase Center.
