Himachal Pradesh increases power tariffs for all except those below the poverty line

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission revised power tariffs for all domestic consumers, except below poverty line consumers. The commission increased power tariffs for these consumers by $0.007, and also increased fixed charges for all consumers not covered under demand-based fixed charges by $0.14 per month.
