JERC Issues Clarification on Late Payment Surcharge for C&I Consumers

The Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission has issued a notification to clarify that there will be no late payment surcharges on fixed electricity charges for bills raised between March 24, 2020, and June 30, 2020.
