Punjab's power corporation to submit action plan for fixing meters on tubewells across the state

The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission directed the Punjab State Power Corporation to submit an action plan to fix meters on all of the state’s 1.35 million tubewells by 2023. The order, issued on October 23, asks the PSERC to start metering in 2018 and finish it by 2023.
