Tamil Nadu wind power developers have complained to the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity that the latest tariff of $0.038 per kilowatt-hour, or unit, is too low and Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulator Commission has not taken into consideration the total cost for setting up a wind power tower.
