Telangana's power DISCOMs report projected revenue deficit of $1.5 billing for FY18

Telangana’s two power distribution companies (discoms) have told the state government that they face a revenue deficit of nearly $1.5 billion for the fiscal year 2017-18. The discoms cite increased demand from the agriculture sector for the revenue deficit.
