Uttar Pradesh DISCOMs incurred loss of $9 billion 2013-14, report by CAG

The Comptroller and Auditor General of India, in its latest audit report, announced that the accumulated loss suffered by power distribution companies in Uttar Pradesh has increased from $5 billion in 2011-12 to $9 billion in 2013-14.
