The Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission has finalized the proposed regulations related to net-metering provisions for rooftop solar projects in the state. The commission had proposed the draft Rooftop Solar Photovolatic (RSPV) Regulations 2019 in November 2018.
