Andhra allows China-based Hareon Solar to buy land for a solar panel manufacturing unit

The Andhra Pradesh State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB) is allowing a Chinese firm, Hareon Solar Private Limiter (HSPL), to set up a manufacturing unit for solar panels in Vishakhapatnam, and to buy the land to set up the unit instead of leasing it for the maximum of 99 years.
