Haryana releases the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas (Second Amendment) Bill, 2023

Haryana releases the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas (Second Amendment) Bill, 2023, which enables residents to register independent floors in properties located in licensed colonies as a commercial unit. As per the amendment, one floor per building will be allowed to be registered as a commercial unit.
