Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) unveils the Draft Green Energy Open Access (GEOA) Regulations with the objective to align the existing MERC (Distribution Open Access) Regulations of 2016 with the GEOA Rules, which were notified by the Ministry of Power in June 2022.
