Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (APERC) issues the Draft Green Energy Open Access, Charges, and Banking Regulations, 2023, with the aim of easing the process of granting permission for access to open access electricity generated from renewable energy sources for utilization within the state involving Intra-State Transmission Systems and distribution systems of licensed entities.
