Odisha approves the Odisha Procurement Preference Policy for Micro and Small Manufacturing Enterprises 2024 to promote small and micro manufacturing enterprises in the state. As per the policy, goods manufactured by MSMEs and start-ups with a turnover under $6 million will get preference in procurement by government agencies.
