Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) issues regulatory approval to a 20 MW/ 40 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in the state. The project is the first commercial standalone BESS project in the country and is expected to enable 24/7 power for over 12,000 low-income consumers.
