Andhra Pradesh signs an agreement with the Solar Energy Corporation of India to procure 7,000 MW solar power. As per the agreement, the state will acquire 7,000 MW of solar power in three phases – 3,000 MW in 2024, 3,000 MW in 2025, and 1,000 MW in 2026.
