Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (KSERC) introduces the draft Renewable Energy and Net metering (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2024 aimed at improving the forecasting and scheduling of hybrid projects in Kerala. The draft regulation defines hybrid projects as those that combine different sources of renewable energy, such as solar and wind, to generate electricity.
