Rajasthan releases the draft Rajasthan Model Building Regulations, 2024. According to the new draft policy, a developer will be responsible for the maintenance of units sold in their township for seven years. Additionally, townships will only be developed in areas specified by the authorities, and include provisions for water and electricity supply.
