Haryana approves changes to the Haryana Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2025 and Vehicle Aggregator Policy. These changes aim to tighten emissions norms and hasten the transition toward greener mobility. The Haryana Motor Vehicles defines revised age limits for tourist and commercial vehicles across the National Capital Region (NCR) and non-NCR regions. The new rules to the Vehicle Aggregator Policy prohibit adding any new petrol or diesel-run vehicles to aggregator and/or delivery fleets from January 1, 2026.
