Maharashtra approves the ‘Mukhyamantri Baliraja Shet-Pandan Rasta Yojana’ (Chief Minister’s Farner Friendly Road Scheme). The scheme aims to ensure all-weather, motorable farm-to-field roads across rural Maharashtra by permitting 100 percent mechanized construction. The policy will enhance connectivity between fields and villages and remove bottlenecks in the transportation of agricultural produce.
