Haryana approves rules for grant of aggregator licenses. Land Acquisition and Labor Regulations  

Karnataka announces an increase in minimum wages. The new wages range from $201.67 (INR 19,300) for an unskilled worker in Zone 3 to $324.97 (INR 31,100) for a highly skilled worker in Zone 1. The average increase in minimum wages is about 60 percent from the current wages.

Telangana announces an increase in minimum wages. The new wages range between $167.2 (INR 16,000) and $209 (INR 20,000) per month. Telangana classifies workers into four categories, including unskilled, semi-skilled, skilled, and highly skilled, and divides the state into three zones for wage determination.
